Dried Crocodile Meat
Brief Introduction:
Crocodiles are reptiles and amphibians. Dried crocodile meat is mainly produced in Thailand, and is processed from Siam Crocodile.
Efficacy:
Dried crocodile meat has qi-tonifying, lung-invigorating, cough-relieving and phlegm-resolving properties. It is suitable for symptoms such as asthma, coughing and weak lungs.
Characteristics:
Taste sweet and neutral in nature.
Processing Method:
Cut the dried crocodile meat into small pieces, rinse in water thoroughly before cooking.
Suggested storage Method:
Dried crocodile meat should be stored in a well ventilated and cool place. If they are to be consumed over a long period of time, they should be sealed and chilled (at 0-8°C).
Suggested Consumption Method:
Dried crocodile meat (55g), natural fritillaries (20g), lily bulbs (40g), apricot kernels (20g), aged dried mandarin peel (1 slice), dried figs (40g), lean pork (450g) use the above ingredients to stew soup, have lung-invigorating, cough-relieving, qi-tonifying, deficiency-treating properties.
Lodoicea maldivica
Brief Introduction:
Lodoicea maldivica is the fruit of the sea coconut tree, which is a palmaceous plant founded in the island of Curieuse in the Seychelles, Africa.
Efficacy:
Lodoicea maldivica has cough-relieving, lung-moistening, removing heat and toxins, nourishing and providing youthful complexion properties.
Characteristics:
Insipid in taste and cool in nature.
Processing Method:
Soak the Lodoicea maldivica in water thoroughly for 1 hour, rinse thoroughly before cooking.

Lodoicea maldivica should be stored in a well ventilated and cool place. If they are to be consumed over a long period of time, they should be sealed and chilled (at 0-8°C).
