Step:
- Wash carrot, potatoes, peas, onion, mixed balls and remove string of peas.
- Chunk carrot, potatoes and onion for later use.
- After heating the wok and oil, stir-fry onions and add 800ml water. Add curry into boiled water and cook for 5 mins. Add carrot, potatoes, peas, mixed balls, chicken powder and sugar, stew for 10 mins. Add coconut milk before serving.
