Senior System Administrator / System Administrator

IT Dept. - Infra Team

• Design, enhance and maintain the infrastructure architecture, to ensure the scalability and consistent growth of the environment;
• Assist in system infrastructure design and work closely with development team to build and maintain a high and resilience infrastructure environment;
• Research and propose solutions to improving the business's productivity;
• Develop and maintain documentations of infrastructure that consist of standards, processes, policies;
• Perform routine maintenance, setup and configuration on Wintel infrastructure environment;
• Provide trouble shooting service, analyze system logs and identify potential issues in IT/Networking and support off-site users;
• Oversee and maintain the information system across offices/ sites.
• Assist with both ad-hoc and system deployment projects.

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science/IT/related discipline;
• A minimum 5 years' work experience in core & sizeable infrastructure architecture design;
• Proven experience of implementing large scale IT infrastructure projects;
• Exposure in full infrastructure life cycle, from the design, configuration, patches update, monitoring, maintenance and so on;
• Handle system installation, upgrade, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, patching, and monitoring of information systems including Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, VMWare and endpoints system;
• Manage system storage and backup, and restore the operations;
• Experience in retails or manufactory industry is an added value;
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Team player with good interpersonal skill;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Administrator.
