| A6: | HK JEBN members enjoy lifetime membership in principle. However, their membership and points will expire if no purchases are made for five consecutive years. |
| Q7: | What should I do if my membership card is lost or stolen? |
| A7: | You can visit any of our shop in person to report the loss and replace your membership card. An administration fee for membership cards re-issuance will be incurred. The point balance will be transferred to your new membership card. |
