Defrost the Australian greenlip abalone, cut its mouth and rinse thoroughly for later use;

Remove the kernel of the Red Dates(XL), rinse the Ningxia fructus in water thoroughly for later use;
Soak the aged dried mandarin peel in water, remove its vein and rinse thoroughly, peel the ginger and cut it into slices;
Cut the lean pork (pork loin) into pieces, cook the pieces in boiling water for a while, rinse thoroughly for later use;
Put all ingredients into a casserole, pour in some hot water, turn to low heat after boiled; continue heating for about 2 hours, add salt before serving.
