Step:
- Wash the Mandarin peel and pitted red dates and cut them into slices;
- Add 520 ml water, brown slab sugar and steam for 30 mins;
- Blend the mixture in a blender, add gelatin powder and mix it well;
- Then pour the mixture into different molds and allow them to cool;
- Refrigerate them for 3-4 hours and ready to serve.
