Step:
  1. Pan-fry salted salmon slices, cut it and discard the bones;
  2. Cut spinach into sections and finely chop the garlic; bring water to a boil, pinch of salt, add in spaghetti, cook until al dente and drain it;
  3. Heat olive oil and sauté garlic flakes until fragrant, sauté salted salmon and spinach over high heat until cooked through, add spaghetti and seasonings, well mix and serve.
