Step:
  1. Clean the Korean seahorse and soak in water about 30 minutes, set aside
  2. Wash the red dates and remove the kernels, set aside
  3. Blanch the pork shank and bone. Clean them and set aside
  4. Add 1.5L of water into pot, then add Korean seahorse, red dates, pork shank and bone as well as ginger, boil with high heat for 30 minutes, lower the heat to medium and boil for another 1.5 hours. Add salt before serving.
