After thawed, use kitchen paper to absorb extra water from the scallops, add marinade to marinate for 1 hour. Boil water, add with scallops and turn off stove, soak for 3 minutes, pour away the water and preserve for later use;
Use bacon to roll up the scallops, use toothpicks to fix its position;
Slice white mushrooms, saute and reserve for later use;
Heat the oil pan, add scallop bacon’s roll to simmer until golden brown. Remove rolls, coated with mayonnaise, decorate with coriander and white mushrooms and ready to serve.
